業務内容

幼児〜社会人を対象とした英会話教授、並びにそれに付帯するサービス業務。業界中堅規模に位置する当社は、09年1月現在、埼玉県下9箇所にスクールを設置し、社員及び教師陣86名、受講生数1,900余名（社会人60%、高校生･大学生15%、幼児・小・中学校25%）の陣容で、EC．独自の直接対話訓練法を通して受講生も着実に増加している。

English Club Inc. consists of 9 private English language schools in Saitama. Established in 1987, we have continually provided services in language learning for a wide range of students, both in ages and levels of skills in English, and currently (as of Jan, 2009) employ 86 employees and more than 1,900 students are registered. As a language school we are medium sized and at-home atmospheres in every schools. Around 60% of enrolled students are mature students, 15% are junior and college students, and 25% are primary and secondary school children. Students learn English through our unique dialogue training methodology, and the number of students are steadily growing each year.

仕事内容

スクール運営（入学希望者へのカウンターセールス、カウンセリング、受講のスケジュール・クラス管理、教師のフォロー、企画・宣伝活動等）

資格

高卒以上　22〜35歳くらいまで　経験不問（簡単な英語力があればなお可）

勤務時間

11：30〜20：30、12：10〜21：10　隔週交代制

待遇

月給　202,000円以上＋報奨金（試用期間3ヶ月　月給192,000円以上＋報奨金）

隔週休2日制　祝　夏・冬・GW・有給

○Job description:

Full-Time Instructors to teach conversational English at our schools in Saitama (30-70min. from central Tokyo). 18 months renewable contract with visa sponsorship and accommodation.

○Working conditions:

5 working days a week (Tue-Sat or Wed-Sun, depending on schools)
School business hours: Tue - Fri 12:10 - 21:10 Sat & Sun 11:10 - 20:10
Paid vacations, national holidays and seasonal vacations.

○Pay Benefits:

250,000 - 280,000 yen/month + rewards for top performing instructors

○Requirements:

Applicants must speak English as first language and be eligible for work in Japan as English language instructors (a bachelor’s degree or 3 years experience required). Friendly and self-motivated applicants preferred.

○Job description:

Substitute Instructors to teach conversational English at our schools in Saitama. One year renewable contract with visa sponsorship and negotiable schedules.
School Business hours: Tue - Fri 12:10 - 21:10 Sat & Sun 11:10 - 20:10

○Pay Benefits:

Substitute : 12,500 yen/day or 3,000 yen/hour

○Requirements:

Applicants must speak English as first language and be eligible for work in Japan (a bachelor’s degree or 3 years experience required). Friendly, self-motivated applicants with valid work visas preferred.
